Kara Koenig
CEO and Designer
Kara is the Lead Designer at URBAN BLISS, bringing over 11 years of experience as a licensed Realtor. She previously worked with a new construction builder, guiding clients through the design and selection process. Her true passion lies in the design aspect of real estate, where she specializes in staging homes to sell quickly, beautifully, and for top dollar. An Eastern Michigan University graduate, Kara is also a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and a licensed Realtor.
Matt Parachek
CFO
Matt oversees the financial and contractual operations of URBAN BLISS while also leading the marketing department. With extensive experience in small business management, he brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to the company's growth and operations. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University.
